Traeger Pork Chops




These cuts have got some serious chops. Blackened Saskatchewan Rub, a little salt and pepper, and some hickory wood-fired flavor take these pork chops to the top




  • 2 (1-1/2 inch thick) pork chops

  • Kosher salt

  • Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

    Rub the salt and Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub all over the pork chops.

    • 2 (1-1/2 inch thick) pork chops

    • To Taste Kosher salt

    • To Taste Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place the pork chops directly on grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

    Remove the pork chops from the grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
